Burls are the large lumps you see sometimes growing on a tree. They are very unique and have beautiful grain patterns, and the edge of the piece is the natural bark from the edge of the burl. The size is 8" by 7 3/4". Size may vary +/- 1/4'.

We can personalize any piece for you. For example, if it is for a Wedding Present, we often wood burn the couple's names and Wedding Date on the bottom of the piece.
